Terms of Services: INTERACT123 Application (Service)

​

As the User, I agree that I will not (and will not permit any User or other person or entity to):

1. subcontract, assign, rent, lease, transfer or use as a service bureau for others the Use Right or the Service or use the Service to process data of third-parties;

2. translate, adapt, vary, modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discern the source code or interface protocols of the Service, reengineer, recompile or otherwise copy or re-create the Service or any of its code or components;

3. create any derivative works of or based upon the Service, access or reference the Service, modify, adapt, or translate the Service in order to create similar products;

4. copy, resell, distribute, or sublicense the Service or use any of the foregoing for the benefit of anyone other than Customer unless expressly provided for in the applicable Order Form;

5. Copy or use the Service outside the scope of this License to the Customer, including but not limited to a User operating in connection with another Institution or otherwise outside the scope of the User’s authorization as an employee or agent of the Customer Institution under the terms and restrictions of this Agreement, nor share Customer or User login information with any other parties.

6. allow anyone other than Authorized Users to access and use the Platform;

7. allow an Authorized User to share his or her access credentials with other Representatives or any third party; 

8. save, store, or archive any portion of the Services (including, without limitation, any data contained therein) outside the platform other than those outputs generated through the intended functionality of the Service without the prior, written permission of Substantive Solutions in each instance;

9. remove or modify any proprietary markings or restrictive legends placed on Service;

10. use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, in order to build a competitive product or service, or for any purpose not specifically permitted in this Agreement;

11. introduce, post, or upload to the Service any prohibited content; or

12. circumvent any processes, procedures, or technologies that we have put in place to safeguard the Service.

Payment/Automatic Renewal

You agree to be charged at the time of subscription based on the type of plan you have selected. Your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. You may cancel at any time by following the procedure described in our Cancellation Policy. The annual subscription plan is renewed automatically on 365-day intervals.

Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions provided by INTERACT123 will automatically renew. Cancellation request must be submitted by email to billing@interact123.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation request will terminate future use of the service and automatic renewals will end. There are no refunds for cancellation.
